What a fantastic little gem in the heart of downtown Akron! The cookies and ice cream were amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly. Great price for a terrific dessert. A decent amount of seating indoors however I could see it getting a little crowded if they had a large summer crowd.
Erica is amazing.. she took her time and was very nice .. she even gave me a free cookie for the wait .. will tell all my office people about her .

I tell you what I have been to this place 5 times and all 4 times they have been wonderful! Helping me decide on choices being patient when we can't make our mind up. The cookies are delicious, I prefer them over Crumbles hands down

Omg! Insomnia Cookies are awesome! It was my husbands birthday and we were at the ICU visiting my brother on life support for a few days we came home to his birthday cookies for him and our family we had ordered. The packaging was awesome , the delivery was on point and the cream cheese frosting was delightful! His favorite is chocolate chip and chocolate chunk! Everyone enjoyed the variety my daughter and I selected! My favorite was the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie! My grandson loves the red velvet cookie but the snickerdoodle cookie amazing too! You can’t go wrong they are pretty amazing! Thank you!
The young man working sat evening was amazing. He explained all the packs and he even gave my son a free scoop of ice cream . The manager made my day … if you ever go please thank the works they work hard and so kind I will be back because of them .
We have been going to insomnia cookies for months now. The staff over there is very nice, they always welcome us warm smiles and make sure our order is taken care of asap. I will tell you this, the people working there work long hours, so if you find them a little disinterested in making conversations with you, know that they are just tired. And probably have been on their feet all day. We always go there and talk very nicely with the staff and over time, people who did not converse with us starting having conversations. Be kind and be nice, and they’ll pay it back. All in all, great place.
Two nights before Christmas I ordered delivery for my kids to tell them Santa was dropping them off for them! Because of the distance a DoorDash driver picked the up instead and they were never delivered… BUT I called the next day to make sure I was getting a refund and they had already refunded me at that point THEN the manager (for the life of me I cannot remember her name anymore 😩) in charge that day said that I could come pick the order that it would be given to me with no charge for the In conscience and the magic of the holiday Christmas Eve!!!! I was in tears because my kids were wondering why Santa would not show up for them, and I was able to have him show up but just a little late ❤️ THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Thank you to the manager woman working that day and thank you to the young man who got my order ready for me! Rate 20/10
